4. Call Recording & Processing
As part of our call centre and outsourcing services, calls are recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Recordings are processed in accordance with our clients' data processing agreements and are stored securely within the EEA.
End-customers whose calls are handled are informed of recording at the start of each call, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Norwegian and EU law. Call recordings are retained for a maximum of 12 months unless a client-specific retention period is agreed in writing.
