1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website topshelfsolutions.pro and all services offered by Top Shelf Solutions AS ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Top Shelf Solutions AS provides customer support outsourcing, inbound call handling, outbound sales, and related voice and digital communication services for e-commerce businesses. All services are subject to separate service agreements entered into individually with each client. These Terms apply in addition to such agreements.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to registered businesses operating in Norway, the EU/EEA, and internationally. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
4. Service Level Commitments
Specific service level commitments — including call answer times, uptime guarantees, and escalation procedures — are governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) entered into with each client. Please refer to our SLA Policy for standard terms.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed on a per-contract basis and are detailed in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments may incur statutory interest under Norwegian law.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received in connection with the services. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement. Client brand materials, scripts, and customer data are treated as strictly confidential at all times.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Top Shelf Solutions AS and protected under Norwegian and European copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Top Shelf Solutions AS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at topshelfsolutions.pro/terms. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
